Hand Built Tableware using Clay Inlay

Join us for a fun two-hour workshop exploring the art of clay inlay to create unique tableware for your home.

Clay inlay is a technique using two contrasting clay bodies pressed into each other that enables you to achieve an unlimited range of organic shapes and patterns.

As well as inlay, students will learn a range of hand building techniques, such as slab rolling and working with molds.


What’s included?

Clay, materials, tools, glazing and firing of your pieces. Once they’ve been through the kilns they’ll be ready for collection four weeks later or we can arrange postage for an additional fee.

What do I need to bring?

Short nails for working with clay.
