Over four weeks, you’ll refine your throwing technique, learn to make matching forms, and explore new ways to bring personality and polish to your pieces.

What you’ll learn:

Throwing with consistency – refine your technique to create even, repeatable forms in matching sizes and shapes.

Decorative techniques – experiment with slip, carving, texture and coloured underglazes to elevate your work.

Finishing & form – tips on trimming, surface refinement and glazing choices to make your pieces shine.

Design thinking – plan your pieces with intention, balancing form and function while finding your personal style.

By the end of the course, you’ll have developed the confidence to create a cohesive set of pieces and the skills to move toward intermediate throwing with ease.
